I.E. RENTALS PAMA MANAGEMENT LAZY, UNCARING, IGNORED, GREEDY, RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKING IN COMMON DECENCY EL MONTE California

I, my son and daughter rented a house in Banning from I.E Rentals.. From the start we had problems. On issue was, They gave us a stove that leaked and almost gased us out, when you turn on a burner as it was burning you could smell gass and when we lit the oven it was like a fire ball coming out of it.  When we called they sent someone out to look at it and we were told it was fine.  if we had not refused to use it and asked for a second opinion it could have resulted in someone being hurt or killed.

We also had mold in the home and it took 8 months to a year to get it taken care of.  The only reason they finally took care of it was a result of us holding back our rent.  We had many repairs needed and it always took numerous calls or holding the rent to get results.

The staff of I.E. Rentals were always rude and uncooperativre. Their calling back was something to be desired.  It was always a threat of holding rent to get them to contact us or take care of the problem.

We moved from the home in Banning, Ca in March 2015 and a walk through was done and we were told the home was in perfect condition, better than when we moved in.  As of date, 7/2/2015, after numerous calls to many offices and different persons, we have not received our deposit back.  It has been four months and counting.

We took very good care of the home and we feel after our walk through and their comments of how nice the house was kept and the landscaping we had done out of our own pocket,  we feel we should have gotten our deposit within days.

We still make almost daily calls to anyone and everyone connected to I.E Rentals/PaMa Management to inquire about or money.  At this time our phone number has to be well known because now we get answering machines and NO CALLS back

We just want our deposit.  We deserve our deposit
