Agia(aka)milinex,tactica;Singer:Igia & Assocates got away with Chapter 11, change name,phone & email to further shady business after Singer sued them upon complaints from consumers. Yet Singer insisted consumers buy parts from Igia,setting them up for check and credit cards frauds which I had endured and rcovered all my money. Moreover,Singer does not back products bearing its name and provide worthless lip services. Would not respond to email where one can obtain the parts. When contacted by phone with reply "I don't know"! and offered no help! Since I can't buy replacement filters for it I may have to discard the Lazer Storm Vac in the dumpster. At this point, I don't know which company is worst, Igia that did wrong, or Singer that did nothing? What do you guys and gals think anout this matter?
