At the beginning of January I received a call from this company offering a non-secured credit card with a $3000 dollar credit limit For a fee of $279.00. Well, they most certainly collected their fee but failled to produce a credit card. Calling customer service was a complete joke. Their common routine is to keep you on hold so long that you will hang up. I was on hold the first time for 55 minutes and then told that my card would be arriving in one week.

After 10 days had passed I called again and was hung up on three times. I called again and requested to talk to a supervisor and was told that there was at least a 15 minute wait to talk to a supervisor. So I decided to wait and by no surprise I was hung up on again. I called again and then was told that a supervisor wouuld call me back. I'm sure that this supervisor has been kidnapped by aliens because i have never heard from him or her. To make a bad matter worse they even wanted more money for the mysterious credit card when they sent me their worthless box of advertising.

They make themselves sound legit by linking themselves to well established banks like Bank Of America, Indy Mac, and Washington Mutual. But that is all a scam because not one of those insttutions that would tolerate their business practices. It is now my firm belief that Imperial Benefits is being run by the ghost of Al Capone or maybe even the spirit of Don Corleone. I am amazed that the New York State Attorney has not been made aware of this operation and shut it down. I lost money and I'm sure that anyone else that deals with this company will as well. I just hope that everyone who has had this encounter will send their complaints to any and every government agency that will accept a report of this nature.
