I ordered a 383 stroker 395 hp engine for my custom 1979 red corvette.  the push rod bent and cracked within 3,000 miles-  they did nothing- then with less then 5,000 miles the whole motor blew!  Crank was junk and it put a whole in my oil pan.  Customer service did nothing except try to sell me another motor at 9% off!  they tried accusing me of hot rodding it.  It is a operfomance motor but I still babied it and it still blew.  I even made their nationwide calendar with my car and told them I didnt want them to pay for all of it-just some of it.  They didnt call me back until i blew up their facebook account.  Jasper is Junk, their srvice is Junk, their motors are junk, they dont call back, dont email back. I would recomend to anyone looking for a motor to stay clear of jasper engines.
