I purchased a ring from this individual/company on eBay. Payment was made through Paypal (an eBay company). The incorrect item was shipped and I returned it. I emailed them the first week in November. A "canned" response came back blaming the "holidays" for their difficulties. What holidays? Halloween?!? The email stated that a refund would be sent ... NOT!

Paypal will not do anything about it and, clearly, eBay is fine with this type of Seller.

Beware of this rip-off artist. You will, most likely, be sorry!
