JH Portfolio Debt Equities Paid original Creditor. Account originally opened prior to 2011. JH Portfolio has established a new "opened" credit date denying the statues of limitation for the state of NV. They have no legal/attorney right to collect on the debt. On top of it, I've had no negative remarks on my credit report regarding this debt and as if April of this year I now do. The goes against the Consumer Rights Act and is illegal! Hazelwood Missouri

 JH Portfolio is purchasing credit card debt with false address from Mo. They have no legal right to collect on that debt, no right to practice law in most states without attorney representation in that state and they are falsely labeling date of opened credit debt on credit report so as to loophole past the statues of limitation. Nevada's statues of limitation is 6yrs on most debt. Meaning you still owe the debt but no one can legally (through the courts) come after you for payment. In my case, I've legally paid a settlement on this debt and now JH Portfolio is coming to me for payment 6years later. Now I have to pay my lawyer to write a letter telling them to remove their false credit remarks. People please make sure you know your states Statues of Limitation on your specific debt owed.
