The information provided in this report is based on comments made by Dr. John Macoviak during an on-site inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward Annuary Health. Annuary Health is a biotechnology research and development company, with their technology being focused on hospital acquired infections. “We’ve done initial laboratory studies, and we are in the process of raising funds to complete our research… then, we would most likely put it in the hands of a large health care distributor. It’s a topical biocide which is used primarily with the goal of preventing the transmission of skin borne organisms,” explains Dr. John Macoviak, a representative of the company. Annuary Health is not a business-to-consumer company, but rather a business-to-business company. “We will be working with large health care distributors who will resell our product, or potentially buy our company, license our technology, or patent or sell it. It remains to be seen, because [at this point] we are pre-revenue,” explains Dr. Macoviak. At this point, the product is in the research and development phase, and once it’s tested and passes FDA standards, then the company will proceed according to those standards to market the product.
Dr. Macoviak explains that they have received no complaints about their technology. “What the complaints [on Ripoff Report] were about were allegations by a competitor who tried to steal our technology,” states Dr. Macoviak. To resolve the problem, Dr. Macoviak explains that they “paid a lot of lawyers a lot of money. We’re in the process of finalizing it now. It’s not yet finalized but they have a ‘cease and desist’ in their complaint and activity.” He further explains that the complaints on Ripoff Report were posted by consultants who decided to become competitors. “We have written agreements. Everything in the agreements is the word of law and that is what my lawyers are negotiating with their lawyers because they have tried to criminally, basically through extortion and various other means, tried to overtake our company and our technology and our patents,” states Dr. Macoviak.
Dr. Macoviak recognizes the value of working with Ripoff Report and the Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program. “I… have learned about Ripoff Report through this experience, which of course was very painful but now that I understand their model, I have become more and more comfortable with the methods and in agreement with the resolution of the problem and I am looking forward to it actually becoming beneficial to our endeavor,” he explains.

ABOUT THE RIPOFF REPORT BELOW:
Ripoff Report would like to let readers know that Ripoff Report emailed this customer so the member business could make things right with them. They never responded to Ripoff Reports request to help them. The original author did recant what he wrote.. When a business joins the Corporate Advocacy Program, Ripoff Report emails everyone from the past so the member business can make things right with them. Of course, everything within reason.
Comments from Annuary Healthcare about the Report below:
"The only Michael Levinson Esq. in San Diego we reached and he stated that this is not him as the Michael Levenson in the complaint is spelled with an "e" mot an "i". The latter Michael Levinson we have never heard of and when emailed did not respond as he used the same email ip address at Enteracloud as did Jennifer S in the other ripoff report, in order to shield their identity.
All interns and consultants with whom we have ever had with written agreements have been fully paid any cash they spent on pre-authorized expenses. These same people we are obligated to provide stock warrants when external equity funding occurs and that process will he handled by an arbitration firm to totally fulfill any obligation we owe for any validated pre-authorized work product of which they will provide us copies in accord with our mutually signed written agreements.”
NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED
John Macoviak, Annuary Healthcare, RCEFI, John A. Macoviak, Dr. John Macoviak, Reasoned Care Education Foundation Incorporated, PCII Dr. John Macoviak is a scam artist, liar...a fraud La Jolla California
I was just told about Dr. John Macoviak claiming he had successfully held off a hostile take-over of his old firm. I know for a fact this is bs.
When you go to his linked-in page he states: "Lawful Annuary and PCII external consultants and interns vesting contingent on Series A funding, was delayed in June 2013 due to a failed unlawful libel based takeover attempt. PCII has progressed in recovery and furtherance of its lawful value propositions to fulfill its mission and its consultant and intern stock warrants when, per agreement, Series A issues and the stock has fair market value."
This is all bogus. I work for a firm that Dr. John Macoviak contracted with years ago to help aid in his company's growth. I found the article on here by a former employee of Annuary Healthcare who stated there was much confusion, corporate name kept changing, people were mislead, etc. I can attest that this is true. Dr. John Macoviak changed the name of the company multiple times on us during the process of our discussions and his payment terms kept changing. We then knew there were problems when he stated that instead of paying for things as typical clients do he'd rather provide us with "founder's shares" in his company. Well we told him we don't work for free, to which he blew up and told us we obviously didn't believe in his vision. And to be honest, we weren't even sure of what his vision was as for years it kept changing. We know now of other firms Dr. John A. Macoviak owes money too.
Multiple people came and went from his organization, the company name kept changing, his healthcare background that he touts as a famed Cardiothoracic Surgeon came into question, and we learned of liens against his home and legal action involving him and previous organizations he had been a part of.
We were also made aware last summer that the organization attempted to meet with Dr. John Macoviak after he personally shut down his own company's website and email system and after he destroyed their corporate files in an attempt to sabatoge the organization. The shareholders attempted to work with Dr. John Macoviak but eventually they had to vote him out of the organization due to his unethical behavior. The company had to change their name after he refused to hand over control of the old domain and corporate materials. The new team and company is amazing. They are ethical and they have their crap together unlike this fool.
Dr. John Macoviak is not level-headed, he's a fraud. Stay away from him!
