John & Wayne-Elite Transmission Houston MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO ON THEIR "SECURED" GROUNDS & they did nothing about it! They also didn't fix my transmission correctly! They held my car for 2.5 months! Houston Texas

 My car was broken into and vandalized ($1500 stereo ripped out of the dash, window broken, the inside portion of my driver door broken off, and more) on their grounds and in the end they did nothing about it as they promised they would through signed agreements! (I do believe that it was done by one of the mechanics or John himself, because my windows are tinted pitch black and a person wouldn't be able to see what was inside while looking in from the outside). These men made the last 2.5 months of my life a LIVING HELL! I'm no fool by a long shot, so I'm happy to say that I have enough signed documents to deal with them in court and I will do just that!! But for the record (on a few other reviews I've posted)..... DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS! JOHN & WAYNE ARE SCAMMERS. I HAVE A 4 paged report and other signed (by John) documents to prove that they are not trustworthy or worth a penny! Rest assured, I will deal with them in court! But I would hate for someone to go through even 1 day of what I've had to deal with! FURTHERMORE, you do not want to have your car at risk of being broken into and vandalized on a "secured" property. Funny how that happened on a property that appears to be securely gated. Save your hard earned money and use a company that has the PROPER SECURITY, STANDARDS, POLICIES, & PROCEDURES!
