Mr. David Rose is an obvious cam artists. I have purchased two properties from him, via ebay. He does not disclose that there are other owners of the properties, and other un-paid leins, and taxes due.
He even sends you one deed via email, with the full amounts listed, but when he actually files the deeds, he changes the amounts so he does not have to pay any taxes, and I am sure declaring losses for tax deduction reasons. So, he is not only defrauding his clients, but the IRS, and state property taxes at the same time.
He missrepresents the properties he sells, and by the time you find out, the transaction is all done.
I was stung for about $20,000 for two properties that I purchased from him. Last I heard he was on the run, and was in Florida.
I entend to pursue him, and file civil, and criminal litigation against him for the fullest extent.
