Kathryn Hens-Greco BIASED, UNFAIR and PREMEDITATED DECISIONS, lacking compassion and common sense Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Judge Kathryn Hens-Greco has been my family judge since my separation.
I had numerous interactions with her thanks to nasty behavior of my ex.
Even though I am a woman, on contrary to what people have experienced, the bias is against a woman here.

Some case background:
My EX is a potential psycho who tortured and abused me for 7 years.
HE plays the custody game very well to maintain control over me.

Her bias starts with your first hearing. If you had the child during her first hearing, you will be her favorite for rest of your lifetime. She will support that parent, no matter who has custody later. She will give undue advantages and support to that parent, regardless he has custody or not.

She is clearly biased and there are several proofs to show this.

1) During a custody transfer issue, I got full custody of child (which was lost for nearly 2 yrs) through mediation. I wanted to goto my home country to attend a marriage. My Ex had my child's passport and social security card.

She called me to personally appear in court with my child (driving 350 miles) to get my own child's official documents - Just a couple of days before taking 24 hour trip abroad.

On one end she didn't trust me and other end she pressurized me to continue taking full custody of my daughter, and actively involve my EX. She failed to see the fact that my EX had alienated my daughter for 2 years with constant verbal abuse towards me (in front of the child).

Meanwhile due to other situations, I had to return back my child back to EX.
After this I filed for reversal of order, and unable to have full custody due to several justified reasons. SHE GRANTED my request due to strong evidence and proof, but has maintained a prejudice and grudge since then.

2) She thinks she knows more about my child than me. She thinks she is being such a good "social worker" and Good Samaritan by thinking about my child. Unfortunately she has no clue about how it is, to be ME and how it is, to be a daughter of such parents. Her decisions are driven by vanity, prejudice and incompetency.

3) She lacks total compassion and fairness during trial. She is rude and plays GOD during arguments.

4) She bends rules in court beyond ordinary deviations (e.g. she accepted a personal letter from my EX as opposed to his physical presence in a hearing.)

5) She mixes cases and that influences decisions on unrelated cases.

6) She has a very offensive and demeaning body language, not suitable for a person of the status of judge. It is disheartening to see, that someone who rolls her eyes over, comments on personal lifestyle and has no sense of other person's space makes your life's biggest decisions.

7) She doesn't want to LISTEN, if she has already made a decision before even hearing starts. She gives decisions for Persons not for CASES.

8) She pressurizes to change your stand in custody issues. She fails to understand point of view of either parents or child. She doesn't want to go "DEEP" in thinking what is in the best interest of child.

9) She repeatedly denied my request to modify my child support, even though I am jobless and now taking care of an infant from my current marriage.
The Child support website has special notice to proactive inform child support payers to file for modifications surrounding the current economic downturn.
She has chosen to punish me and my infant for her confusion and perspective about my custody stand.

10) She is too easy to be tricked by emotional drama and overacting that my ex puts up. She doesn't demonstrate strength of not yielding to emotional tantrums and yet at the same time lacks compassion while making her decisions against me.

11) She has not treated my attorney in a dignified manner when he has represented me.

12) She behaves like an attorney for the person she has taken sides for.

13) It is none of her business what kind of relationship I maintain with my child. It is a personal thing and she is crossing her limits. I feel invaded in my personal life and constrained to make any further decisions.

14) She supports my ex even when he comes up with lame excuses and my arguments are ignored even backed with facts. She shows her ANGER.

Her judgment is tainted with lot of her personal prejudice and emotions for my child, (most of it are due to misunderstanding, ignorance and not having experienced the details in the case). She jumps to conclusions without giving attention to details.

15) The decisions clearly show no logical conclusions or fairness. It is just power play. Her decisions have ruined my family and jeopardized future of both children. Yet, she continues to impose her short sighted decisions.

I have stopped expecting any fair trial from her and put my request to highest court - GOD. I pray everyday that she experiences the same thing I experience, so that she knows how it feels to have lost your daughter due to laws protecting rights of psycho fathers like my ex. AND then being punished for trying to reconstruct your life.

And so I wonder, are you in good hands?
