Keen - Ingenio Iligitimate business practices, IRS doggers ripoff San Francisco California

I unfortunately also have had a bad experience with Keen.com aka now Ingenio. When I dealt with them in 2000 I was new to them and had worked really hard for 3 years and built a legitimate business with them, despite other negative things I had heard about others that were fake and phoney. I never fed anyone what they wanted to hear in fact I got the reputation for being frank and also honest but never bruttal.

Here is the one thing people don't realize. That there can be out of control callers like the one I got who would hang up and call back every minute and not allow me or anyone else to get thru and would abuse the free minute system just to get free readings over and over again to get something for nothing.

Well this guy who was on drugs I felt and was obsessed with his girlfriend thought I did spells which I don't and never have. He harrassed me to the point of calling customer service when I didn't give him my private information and lied stating I would help him off the site.

Well instead of customer service took his word for it and instead of working with me they decided after 3 years of good work to tell me that I was breaking my contract and was a threat because I had taken my background from my own website and put it on the Keen site.

Mind you had never advertised nor asked for anyone to come to my site nor take business away. When this happened I began to suspect Keen was listening in on private conversations also as I had heard they were.It almost seemed like they had an agenda against me,but I tried not to feel that way they made it difficult to work there.

Instead they seem comfortable with the ones that ARE stealing money from them and want to rip off people. I also noticed how mean and harsh customer service can be. As far as the IRS they didn't give out 1099 MISC so I had to use a substitute form in order to file my taxes all of which they were fined for not giving the tax forms.

But then I could move on finally with my filing. People don't realize there are always two sides to a story not every reader or advisor is rich nor out for the dollar. I know the ones that charge outrageous prices and give high expectations and wrong predictions. Somehow it strikes me funny these people are still there and so is Keen. I don't know why anyone has not been able to get rid of Keen yet. Readers steal business there outright and post links to their sites and charge for spells, etc. I never ever did that.

If anyone lawyers are out there and need information against this company I would be more than willing to oblidge.
