Kirby Sales Ripoff Tactics beyond Aggressive, or even OUTRAGEOUS Harlingen South Texas

Let me just state that the previous report by Russell in Edinburg dated 11/21/04 is, if anything, an understatement. I have also had my difficulties with that piece of excrement called a Manager, which I shall relate.

The Manager came to my house with his female assistant for a demonstration. My wife informed him that he would have to conclude his demonstration by a given time, due to pressing social engagements. I excused myself to look up Kirby Vacuum on the Internet and was horrified at what I saw. I asked him about the reports about Kirby, especially those in the Ripoff Report, but I was ignored.

When time for him to leave, I attempted to politely excuse him by stating that my wife would get back to him later after we compared notes. The Manager indignantly replied, in an attempt to manipulate my wife, that since I did not watch his demonstration, I should have no say in this matter. I gave him 15 more minutes.

The demonstration endlessly continued. He sniped at me behind my back, but I heard every word. Among the more polite names he called me were "knothead". It was clear that he was holding back on his profanity so as not to offend my wife, but he did manage to offend me.

I laid down the law when he made one too many snips. He was told to appologize or leave. He refused to appologize and took his time about leaving. I almost had to call the Police to get him to go. He threatened a Lawsuit. He insulted my Religious Beliefs, which were apparent from the artwork in my house. He also stated he wished that someone would get me for what I did to him.

Even at this juncture, I would have been willing to forget about this incident had he not sent another sales representative to pester me, who was promptly informed that she was trespassing, and that she should never return.
