I worked for LCT trucking for 2 months. I would haul my load, pull up to the guard shacks, they wouldn't take me, said I was too early.(Later to find out from one of the guards that LCT had contacted them and ordered them not to take my load when I got there.) Just to make me sit there and wait for days. Then LCT would lie and say I was never on time for my load appointments. They don't care if you have home time or not. My last load I took, I told them I was going to bring the truck back to Florida, that I was quitting. They informed me on the quailcom that I would have to pick up a load on my way to bring the truck back to them, because they didn't want me deadheading to FL. I went to payroll on the quailcom to see what my check was for my past 2 weeks on the road....it said 20 dollars. I called them to see what that was about, he said he didn't know...that my check was coming next week for 870.00. I asked him what happened to this weeks paycheck, he didn't have and answer. So I asked him if there was a team member or someone that could just pick up the truck at my current location, because I no longer was going to work for them. They said no, that I would have to pick up the load and bring the truck back to FL where I got it from. I was not going to travel another mile for them for no pay. I went ahead and took my load to OH dropped it and left the truck at a nearby truck stop, because they left me with no other alternatives. They won't work with you because they don't care about their employees. They lie to you , don't pay you, and lie about you on the dac reports. They screw you when you work for them and then continue to screw you when you no longer work for them, so it makes it hard for you to find another job. My advice is to stay as far away from LCT trucking as possible. LCT is where you "shouldn't" be.
