This service has offered no benefit whatso ever.  In February I sent certified letter cancelling service yet as of June 11, 2011 they continue to bill me.  It takes hours to reach anyone on line and once you speak to a customer support rep they transfer you again and once again you are on hold for up to an hour.

I need help in getting this cancelled and stopping them from billing me. 

Please anyone out there don't use this service!

is report the card lost.  Or if you want some of your money back, call the card company up and file a dispute.

This is very easy, alot easier than jumping through the hoops they want you to do.

If you didn't use card, contact your bank.
