Luebke Baker And Associates magazine, debt collertor, fraud..... Peoria Illinois

This company has been calling my house for a year off and on,stating that they are trying to collect a debt for a magzine company,Which i know that i had settled 5 years ago. They have called even ona Sunday night...

Well these last few times they called stating that i wrote them a check back in July of 07, from some bank that i never even banked with..and it bounced ,and that even thougth i owed $400.00 they would settle for $200.00..... I called and requested proof of this check be faxed to me so that i can verify that this is my signature and that i did indeed write this check...I never did recieve the fax....
