Marathon Administrative Co. Safegaurd Auto Protect Still no refund after 4 months, for warrenty cancelled within 30 days of purchase O'Fallon Illinois

On April the 16th 2015 I was aggressively persuaded to purchase Safegaurd Auto insurance (which is a part of Marathon Administrative Co., I called to make sure) after I called them due to a letter in the mail, saying that if I didn't call them before the 4/18/2015 I would "run the risk of not being able to extend coverage" for my 2012 Honda CRV. Because I've had no experience like this before, as I recently moved to the US from Hong Kong, I ended up being coerced into paying them exactly $3200 to their bank account in St. Charles.

I then got an extremely bad feeling about the whole thing after reading reviews about the company online, and decided to cancel my policy the next day. One of the reason why I signed up in the first place was because they state in their contract that a full refund will be issued if the policy is cancelled within 30 days.

It's now been over 4 months, I've called them over 5 times, reminding them to refund me, each time they say it will take around 7 to 10 business days. Then when I don't receive my money I call back again, to then receive an answer along the lines of their accounting department having not processed it and will process the refund in another 7 to 10 business days.

I called again today (18th August) and received the same answer. I am now very scared that I won't get my money back, it's a lot of money and I'm in desperate need to get it back.
