We hired Mark DePasquale to build us a new home this year in 2014. The process has been a nightmare with him. He is so busy managing his other business that he does not pay any attention to the home that he is building. He has made several mistakes and has had to redo and reorder things on the project. He sets project mettings and does not show up for them also. When you ask for information on where to pick out selections for the home no one gets back to you in a timely manner, weeks will go by. He also does no give you your allowances and request that you pay everything up front to receive a credit at closing. This is after you put down 20% on the home and he has construction loan that allows him to build. These terms are no where in the contract. The allowances that he gives are way to low and you have to kick in thousands to finish the job. Mark DePasquale is unethical in his business pratices and he will tell you what you want to hear and not what is really is.
