Matthew Weisberg Weisberg To The Rescue Morton Pennsylvania

File a claim in small claims court immediately. Notify the Disciplinary Boards in N.J. and PA. Make the reports short, sweet and simple. Send letters to the ABA and other relevant organizations.

You have a canceled check, correct? You have phone bills indicating your calls to him. You can describe the person at his office who received your retainer?

The money you paid him upfront, at his request and after you explained your circumstances, could have been applied to save your house, even if temporarily, true? Therefore, based on his specific instructions to you and that you followed by paying him money, you and he entered into a verbal contract, which he violated?

The breech of this contract resulted in the loss of your property-precisely what he promised you would avoid by entering into this contract with him, isn't it? Hiring an attorney to pursue a civil claim against him will be expensive for him if you prevail and are granted attorney fees I imagine.

He may be guilty of criminal conduct, too, I suppose. Stealing, fraud, etc. are illegal. Contact you AG immediately. Preserve every document.

I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but, hopefully good food for thought.

POSTED: Wednesday, June 24, 2009

BACKGROUND

On October 19, 2006, the Court entered a Rule to Show
cause why this case should not be dismissed, or other sanctions
imposed, because of Plaintiffs' counsel's violations of the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, including but not limited to
his failure to sign and serve on opposing counsel numerous papers
presented to the Court, his failure to abide by numerous
deadlines established by the Court's Pretrial Scheduling Order,
and his communicating with the Court by way of letters indicating
they were dictated but not read...

(p) To be sure, Weisberg exercised very poor judgment;

(q) By refusing to withdraw a frivolous motion,
Weisberg forced counsel at a major Philadelphia law firm to do
legal research, write a formal response, and then file it -- all
at a cost to Max;

(r) Weisberg also wasted the time of this Court and,
in turn, the United States taxpayers;

(s) Weisberg's poor judgment is compounded by his
request to file a supplemental brief;

(t) Expecting that Weisberg would use this opportunity
to withdraw the petition, we granted his request;

(u) It was thus surprising indeed when Weisberg
subsequently advised us -- just ten minutes before his brief was
due -- that he had decided not to avail himself of the very opportunity he himself requested.

(v) In short, Weisberg's actions reflect a blatant
disregard for the time of opposing counsel, his client's
adversary, and this Court, and he would be well-advised to change
his ways the next time he appears in federal court

#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds

Rebuttal to Margie from Las Vegas

AUTHOR: Matthew Weisberg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 17, 2009

I take very seriously the concerns of our clients, past present and future, which is why I have chosen to respond in Rebuttal (though many of my colleagues have suggested merely to ignore) to Margie from Las Vegas:

In reviewing Margie's post, it clearly appears she lacks personal if any knowledge of my representation and practice as: (1) I am not licensed in Nevada and have only been to Las Vegas briefly for vacation; (2) her report lacks any reference to her being a client or our area of law; and (3) her report appears merely a vague "how to" guide that could be applicable to anybody.

In short, I suspect Margie does not even know who I am or what we do to help consumer victims fight foreclosure, fraud, debt collector harassment and civil rights violations. In fact, it is posts like hers which could make the difference between someone seeking help or suffering in silence.

I ask Margie to kindly remove her post as it may, though I hope not, negatively affect other's perception of our good work before they get to know us and decide for themselves what we can do (and have done time and time again) to help them. If she chooses not to remove her post, I ask others to judge for themselves-I am happy to meet for free with anyone to discuss (coffee will be my treat).

Thank you in advance for your attention.
