Maxx Media Millionaire Mailer aka John Shugart, Luke Sample Refused to give $1,297 refund Cape Girardeau Missouri

Misled into buying email marketing program on webinar and told on webinar "risk free guarantee" and only after paying $1,497 for course was told they have no refund policy.

Was seduced to watch a webinar and then paid $1,497 for email marketing course and they refused to give refund. Was contacted by email and phone calls to attend webinar and then paid for email marketing program after the webinar. Was misled in the webinar. Owners of company said no effort and turnkey biz. Everything provided and refunds would be paid if not satisfied. Paid $1,297 and then had access to the members area and found out would have to pay additional money for various software in order for the program to work. This was not indicated on the Webinar. Required much more effort, technical expertise and money in order for it to be successful. Decided to cancel and requested refund. Logan at support stating that they have no refund policy which I allegedly signed when paying for the program. They did not indicate in the webinar that they have a no refund policy. They are refusing to refund my $1,497.
