These Leasing Companies are all tied ti the same owner and operate using sales people that are sub contractors, who have little to do with thier leases except writing them.

Contracts are for leasing cerit card terminals for processing all major credit cards. These contracts vary from 3 to 5 years in length. You are required to carry insurance on the equipment leased or an extra charge is added to your lease monthly. These contracts though poorly written are non cancellable!

When you call for assitance about the machine you are leasing, they point out all they do is lease the machine.All they are reguired to do is charge you for a lease for the period you signed up for, all else is your responsibility.

If you do challenge the contract legally you can have it cancelled but you MUST get a lawyer in New York and you must appear in court in New York in order to win the case. New York Law requires you to be in New York for any contest against a contract written in New York.  Isn't that amiable?

Customer service people are trained to confuse and irritate you, they are taught to speak with circular reasoning techniques, always putting the blame on you and your ignorance of the contract you signed.

If you sign a contract with these people, be ready for a ride into frustration! Make sure you make duplicat copies of all material sent to you including packaging materials, model numbers on equipment received as well as serial numbers. Save the packaging the unit was sent to you in. The company does not check the units only the box it cam in. Talk about ignorance!
