Meineke Super center oregon city1442 Bad customer service, Bad qualityservice, Lied to me, Did not fix the problem paid for Oregon City Oregon

Went to Meineke on 12/16/2015 to have Suv checked completely for problems.Was told thermostat needed replaced, Serpentine belt , Power steering Pump belt And Spark plugs.I went ahead and paid for the thermostat to be replaced the thermostat price $54.32 The thermostat housing Price $7.20 Labor $ 126.00Total price $197.97. went home. That weekend SUV died on highway 205 needed to be towed  home at the price of $169.00. Found the battery was bad replaced it for $114.00.On 1/16/2016 Went to Meineke again, to have Serpentine belt and Power Steering Pump belt replaced paid $143.08, Told it would take one hour, it took hour and half later. trying to drive it again the loud noise was back, being Sunday the Meineke was closed, Call Monday was told to bring the SUV in so they can check. Went into Meineke explain the problem was told Meineke would check it out but it was not the belts that I  needed a ingition pulley. I told it was the same problem, He said they do not adjust the belts when they put them on. He said I only wanted the belts put on not adjusted, I asked is there a price he said yes. I do know with other auto repair service companys the belt is always adjusted. I had a mechanic look at it he  told me the alternator was not adjusted after the new serpentine belt was put on. I problem is that I was lied to the first time, because I was not told the battery was bad,Everything Meineke did was needed to be done, the problem come when Meineke did the repair to increase meineke profits by not fixing it right the first time. I now have to go to another auto repair service to get it fixed. I'm Disabled woman with a broken arm at this time I believe He use this against or He does this to everyone.

I would like for Meineke to pay for the repairs caused by Meineke and the tow Truck bill.
