On January, 09 2016 around 5;30 that evening  

I visited the store located in Frederick Md .to get my phone repair.

I Told by this cashier, Kimberly that my phone is  old .kept in Mind 

that i just purshase this phone 6mths ago . I told her the problems 

I was having with the phone , she tell me i haveto buy a new phone

because they no longer support this, that why you no  longer .

see in the store . It a Alcatel one touch smart phone .

 I request her to get me a manger , of the store because i paid 

for the warrenty of the phone ,so if things happen i be cover

they refuse to fix the phone ,He was very Rude to me told to 

This his store ,he own it and that i could get a another phone or that one

fix. So i him what his name he rufuse to give him name ,But i heard 

Kimberly call out his name on the phone . Damon she say. So he was on 

the phone cussing her out, Than same with me  threaten  to call the cops i ask

him again for his name than he say Devon ,he contuie to make threaten. I 

 told him  to go ahead and call because.I paid for a warrenty for this reason 

if my phone get broken of need repair on something.  They never repair the

phone and i have got respose from them .
