Mike's Towing Unbelieveable Business Practices Vero Beach Florida

Called the front office and spoke with Maricia Ort. Apparently the Office Manager. She was totally rude and competely unprofessional. I asked a few questions and she was short and snippy. This is not my first run in with this company... had a very similar incident a few years back after having my car towed. Just so happens I ran into the same rude woman. Not quite sure what her deal is but I would steer clear of this company at all costs. Seems she gets up on the wrong side of the bed every single day. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I have had better customer service at Walmart. After some research I have heard many of the same isues from locals about this business. Get your car towed by another company!  You will thank me for it!
