I debated on replying to this lie about myself and my husband because I did not want to stoop to this persons low level, however when someone lies like she did, we deserve to defend ourselves!

First of all, rent was paid in full every month and I have money order receipts and hand written receipts from this landlord. 'rent was not paid for 2 months but was in an escrow account because she and a friend of hers disconnected the central air unit to run us out  so she could rent the house to her daughter's best friends mom.

As for her not getting access to the home to inspect, not true! She and her male friend came in,walked thru the entire house and took the central air unit apart. After that, the central air stopped working completely and she refused to have it fixed, I have pictures of the thermostat with inside temperatures up to and above 102" degrees all day everyday for two months. According to the law she had to fix the unit or provide window units if the inside house temperature hits over 80"degrees. She would not fix, this is why rent was held in escrow.

As for the other comments, complete slander and lies! We have never been drug traffickers nor done any illegal drugs ever! Pure slander by neighbors and landlord. 

As for excess animals, we had one dog and one cat which the landlord even gave us a kitten from her home where she had at least12 cats and kittens and insisted we take a kitten. As for 5 extra people living there, lie. I Have no idea why she even said this except to just make up more lies to add to this report.

Lastly as for property damage, I have pictures of the entire house, every inch, including the yard,  the central air unit and the entire house,all of which shows absolutely no damage. Also because of her trying to force herself into the house numerous times with her key while we were in the house and the police were called on her at the very least 5 times, she was almost arrested for not listening to the officers, I had two officers walk thru the property to show that we were not destroying her home and show that it was completely clean. She also slapped my husband in the face in front of the neighbors while they video taped but they refused to show it to the cops of course. The same neighbors that slandered us by saying we were drug trafficking. 

Lastly I have NO idea what she could possibly say was theft or stolen! And like I said I have pictures that show no property damage at all, it shows that I left that house in the exact same shape as when we moved in.

finally, more slander from neighbors saying The Branches have a history of destroying rentals, were is this information coming from and we never spoke with any neighbors so how could they know anything about a house we ever rented and we have never been taken to court by any landlord  for anything for property damage or non payment of rent ever!

I Will not say anything more about her but I hope that with all the proof I have, that people reading her post that you understand there are two sides to every story! Thank you.
