my-calorie-counter.com makes it difficult to cancel service, then still charges after you've canceled your account Internet

I have tried to cancel this service twice over the past year. There is nothing on the actual website where you log-in that allows you to do this, it must be done through Paypal, but no where on their website does it say so. I am sure that I had canceled it through PayPal that last time they automatically deducted the fee from my account, so I was surprised when it showed up AGAIN. It came out of my account today, the fee for a 6-month subscription that I have not used nor do I ever intend to use again. I called the "customer service" number to ask for a refund since they refuse, claiming there is no way to refund my money. I insisted that they now have my money, there IS a way to send it back, either through PayPal or sending me a check. The cs rep was very rude and said "it states when you sign up that it is non-refundable" to which I replied "yes, I know that but I've already canceled it before." She absolutely refused to help and hung up on me. Beware of "subscription services" on PayPal... apparently these people can do whatever they want and don't have even have to warn you that they are about to charge your account.
