MyScore.com does not provide completely free scores, Trans Union is free but the other two are additional fees. When I tried to cancel my trial membership because of this I was told if I didn't cancel I would be given a discount and gain instant access for all three scores for $9.95 instead of the $29.95 membership fee once the trial was over. That did not happen and I never was able to view all three reports. I call and cancelled my membership before the trial was over but they still tried to charge my account 9.95 the next day. When I called to find out what the problem was I was informed that it didn't appear that my trial membership had been cancelled even though I provided the customer service reps name and associate # from me going through the cancellation process the day before, in which the associate confirming he closed the membership. All in all they are liars and I will never use them nor refer anyone to use their so called service.
