The law offices of David A. Bader also known as National Check Bureau, inc., and United CCR keep suing me for a credit card that i never had, nor opened. i haven't been able to go to court, since for some reason, all paperwork from these people seem to get lost or something.  The only way i found out about any of it was they garnished money from my bank account (joint account with boyfriend) after another court hearing to up the amount I owe ( went from $810.37 as of 721/93 to almost $8,000 now.) the bank is who sent me notice, who to contact etc. not david bader, or whichever entity he goes by now.

When i found out about this, i called david's law office and asked for a final billing statement and my signed promissary note and contract with montgomery ward. they said all information was filed at the court house (I had already went there and obtained that (blank promissary/credit agreement). I talked to montgomery ward, was told when they cl.  ose out accounts and collection agencies buy them...they send agreement and last billing statement.

I guess that also got lost in the mail...i talked to the judge, he told bader to send the things i requested or produce them...haven't seen them yet. we go back to court on 07/16 and i still don't have the paperwork.  I think it is time to shut these people down. After the court hearing i am sending all the paperwork i have to the Attorney general and Secretary of state and anyone else i can think of.  I think everyone needs to keep their ears and eyes open so we can maybe start a class action suit on this company. I Know mr. bader also has a law office in toledo, ohio. thank you
