National Settlement Services e-loan Universe, Victor Thompson, USA Cash Advance Getting more aggressive with false pay day loan collections- sending court docs now?!? New York?? New York

I have looked at other reports of scammers from National Settlement Services and E- loan universe saying they are trying to collect on a payday loan that was never paid. I keep getting emails and calls and at first he was rude (in a very thick mid-eastern accent) and I kept demanding proof and now he has sent me documents on letterhead and court documents. I have previously applied for loans online and want to just ignore but have no way of proving it is fraudulent. The emails come from a man named Victor Thompson and the email is settlementdservices@gmail.com. I called the number on the letterhead and Victor answered and knew my name immediately and started asking for payment before I said anything. National Settlement Services is a real estate group of some sort in New York or a debt consolidation group in Florida (from what I can find online). How can I be sure that there isn't anything these people can do to me? Btw, they said the loan was from a year ago from USA Cash Advance for $400 and now I owe them $980. Does anyone else know this Victor? Is there anything I can do to protect myself from them abusing the info they do have about me? They know my IP address, SS#, DL# , etc....
