On April 27, 2009, my wife and I purchased a bedding system (mattress and foundation) and during the same week we were offered to fly to the manufacturing plant in New York to see how our bed was assembled.  The company representative offered to reimburse us for travel expenses (airline ticket).

We received our bedding system in May 2009.  I complained to the company about the sagging-soggy mattress for one month before the company offered to exchange the defective mattress. After one week, we experienced the exact same problems with the second defective sagging-soggy mattress.  After complaining for another month the company offered to provide us with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and issue us a refund (credit).  Three weeks after returning the defective mattress (August 2009), we learned that the company had charged us a Return Shipping Fee.  I complained that the return shipping fee was not fair, but the company refused to waive the fee.  

We sent the company over 20 photos during a two month period to prove that the mattresses were saggy, soggy, and defective. Poor quality. Poor Customer Service. Do Not Believe the Advertisement (similar to Txxx's mass deceptive marketing).(((REDACTED)))

Now, we are demanding the reimbursement for our plane tickets ($854) and a refund of the return shipping fee ($150) a total of $1004.00.
