Wrinkless cream had a promotion, free trial then after 15 days will charge for the FREE product. The product took over a week to get to me. Then a week later they charged my credit card. They were suppose to wait 15 days, silly me to think it was after I received the product.
When I tried to reach them via phone to cancel and get a refund, I first got the order center...LOL, yeah sure, they said they couldn't help me I would have to call a different number. When I called this number the first time I was on hold for over 15 mins. before just hanging up.
Then I e-mailed them to cancel and get a refund, I did get an automated e-mail acknowledging my cancellation but that's all. I e-mailed several times after that to get someone to refund my money...still nothing.
I called again, this time they said all agents were busy to leave a message and they would get back to me within 24 hours. I still haven't heard from them.
I hope no one else orders from this company! They guarantee a refund if you are not satisfied, but no one is available to tell you are not satisfied.

As for the promotional offer, a charge for the retail value of the items applies at the conclusion of the 15-day promotional period. You can find this information in our Terms and Conditions, Guarantee, Refund Policy, Center of Payment Page of the website and on the center of the packing slip the customer receives.
The offer is for a trial period, not a free sample. The goal is to allow you to try the product, before the charge for the item. If you are unsatisfied with the product, our Wrinkless Cream has a 30-day return policy.
We will endeavor to locate your email to speed up the process. We do apologize if you feel we somehow neglected you as a customer that is not our intention.
