I received an Old Navy gift card as a present. The pin number was not legible when the material overlying it was removed. The cards are much more papery than a typical credit card. I was attempting to make a purchase on line and I called Old Navy and the woman on the phone said it was not her problem and there was nothing she could do about it. The only recousre would be to call the person who gave it to me and ask for the receipt!  She said I must have removed it incorrectly. I asked if I could speak to her manager and she said there was no one there that could help me. She hung up on me and then I called back and the same woman answered again and when she realized who I was she hung up on me again. I am posting this so that no one will waste their money on Old Navy gift cards as gifts.
