I am CC'ing this email to all Consumer Protection Agencies to provide a public record of this communication.

After numerous phone calls from you, I told you that I would do my due diligence on your company and if I was interested I would call you. You verbally acknowledged my request.

So therefore since you called me again (within 24hrs!), I will tell you what I think: You are working for a piece of dirt. You sir, therfore are one too. You can justify all you want, but we know the truth: You are misleading people and selling LIES to families that can't afford to lose their hard earned money.

How dare you??? How do you sleep at night? We all have bills to pay and financial concerns, but don't rip-off innocent families to do it.

Everything you told me about the percentages of your customers selling their cars on yourwebsite is false and a blatant lie. You stated that each of the negative reports that I would find are bogus as you have placed over 100,000 listings online and over 90% of those cars sold using your service. Also, your 300+ (you stated only 135) complaints to the Better Business Bureau were bogus and lies. That means only one of two things: Either you have a whole lot of angry customers, or you have a whole lot of angry ex-employees. Either one says a lot about you and your company.

In addition, and most importantly; As demonstrated below in your company email that was forwarded to me under a different email address that your corporate email (???) when you look up any other car than the "classic corvette" example your site appears nowhere. You are nowhere on Google, AOL, Alta-Vista or any other search engine. In other words, your service does not exists! Therefore I can assume after your sales commission and your scumbag of a boss gets his cut there is little left to promote any cars. (Maybe just enough to underpay all your future disgruntled ex-employees!)

Let me make this absolutley clear: If you or your telemarketing machine contact me again I will contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Nevada Attorney Generals office to ensure you are shut down. Your continued lies are going to put you and your scumbag boss away.

This agreement is accomplished for purposes ofclarifying the roles, responsibilities and liabilities of both contracting parties. By providing payment for an advertising package, the Owner thereby acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the terms set forth in this Agreement and their consent to abide by its stipulations:

OSM is organized as a "For Sale by Owner" cooperative advertising company and is subject to Nevada State Commerce Regulations.Licensed as neither a dealer
nor commercial broker of vehicles, OSM is prohibited by law from collecting commissions from the sale of motor vehicles. Under no circumstances within the scope of this Agreement will OSM solicit or accept from the Owner any commissions or charges of any kind AFTER THE SALE.

OSM will use its best efforts to assist in selling Owner's vehicle up until the vehicle is sold. No subsequent renewals, fees or charges shall be required
to insure its continued listing within the OSM advertising network. Depending upon the package that is purchased and expiration of certain features within
packages, upgrades for an additional cost may be available. Upon completion of OSM affiliate financed sales, seller will receive a Cashiers Check from the OSM affiliated finance agency handling the sale.

OSM will itself utilize various marketing resource networks which may include but are not limited to: OneStopMotors.com, eBay, Google.com, Yahoo.com, Msn.com, Lycos.com, Hotbot.com, Auto Trader, AltaVista .com, ChooseYourItem.com, NetZero.com, AlltheWeb.com, various classified sites, GreatVehicles.com, Vrooomm.com, BargainNetwork.com, ClassicCar.com, MotorZoo.com, UsedCars.com(,SwapaLease.com, TraderForLess.com, various)
