Pop up offer for a package containing how to start an online business through Ebay in the amount of $1.95. Did not say anything about charging 49.95 after 14 day trial period.

After receiving the packet a week later I received a call from a "coach" representative asking if I was interested in a membership I declined the offer and asked them to cancel my information and name because i wasn't interested at this time if i needed any more information about the online trading i would contact them.

Two months went by without any problems and then on January 9th and 10th my account was charged 49.95 each day and occurred a 32.00 overdraft fee. I called to speak with this a customer service representative who informed me that there was nothing he could do because i exceeded the 14 day trial period (not true because i spoke with the representative on the phone and cancelled.

I asked to speak to his supervisor Raul #1904 who was even more rude than the 1st person I spoke with. He over spoke anything I tried to saying stating "I would not get a full refund only a partial refund and that is courteous enough". I asked to speak with someone else above him he said that he is the highest person there and that he didn't have a corporate office or a number to a corporate office.

These people have a long history with scamming people out of there money and something needs to be done and will be done when I get finished. If anyone is willing to join in on this fight for justice fill free to contact the Consumer Protection Office 801 530-6601. It's a shame they are on the BBB list for the same reasons and noone has intervene yet, well lets make it happen ourselves.

The only way to win this battle is to keep fighting and bringing down scam artists such as these freaks. It took time for them to come up with the scam therefore its going to take time for us to bring them down. We all have to join in on this battle.
