Optics Fast LOST LENS Brooklin New York

March 27 requested a repair for a pair of Oakley Romeo 01 X Metal Sunglasses. There was one screw missing from the pight side of the frames. (Oakley could not supply the screw). Glasses sent carefully foam protected with a not stating the problem of the missing screw. They were received on April 3rd and a message from Optics Fast stated that they would get back within 5 days with a repair estimate. Received the estimate on April 8th to repair the glasses, Paid the same day.  The glasses were sent back on April 25 and received on the 29th. They were enclosed in a plastic envelope marked with the repair order number and the word "screws" on the envelope. They were not repaired and the loose lens was missing. Weeks of trying to get them to acknowledge that they lost the lens proved futile. They simply state that I did not send the missing lens. Now, Optics Fast had their "Lab Repair Expert" obviously erxamine the Glasses and render that they could be repaired and sent me the estimate which I paid. (That money was refunded). Simply put, their "expert" would have noted imeadiately that the lens was not there and could not have been repaired.  I have since ordered and paid for both replacement screws and lenses from Japan. ($125). The aftermarket lenses greatly diminish the value of these Glasses which bring in the past month on E Bay $899 used.   All of the dates and corespondence above is recorded in E Mails with dates.
