ORiX Services N/A Issuing False Invoices and Advertising as part of a company which it is not Houston Texas

We received an invoice in the mail from a company named ORiX Services. They stated that we owed $386.86 for "Past Due C.M.L. Charge". Upon processing the invoice I questioned who this company was and what service they rendered. I contacted the 800 number listed on the invoice and it stated it would transfer me to the next available representative. After a few seconds it went to a voicemail of someone's cell phone which had not been set up. I then proceeded to search for them on the internet and found a website "orix.com". On their website at the bottom of the home page they stated this...

We have received several reports that an entity calling itself "ORIX Services" with an address of 9668 Westheimer Rd., Ste. 200-267, Houston, TX 77603, is issuing false invoices. "ORiX Services" is not affiliated in any way with ORIX USA.

We believe this is a scam, and urge you to fully investigate before dealing with this entity.

 So we are not going to pay this company as we have not received any service from them nor have we ever contacted them. We beleive based off of the statement above and the voicemail for the phone number that this company is a scam. If you are a business who receives these invoices I would question them prior to paying them.
