 what can i say.i was stupid to buy this extended warranty for a used vehicle in good faith if i ever needed it they would cover work done.but of course all was denied by 2 idiot adjusters 1 louis or luis.the other mark.ive read many complaonts about this company and these 2 characters enoigh to know where theyre coming from.i payed $2000 for this warranty for nothing! First they try to deny claims on basis that you didnt do regular maintanence on your vehicle,then they try other methods.but bottom line is you will be denied the services you payed upfront for.they are crooks!!!!they should be shut down and encarcerated.unfortunately theres little help from our own government to stop these a*s holes.shame on this system!preying on hard working folks.
