I received an email from PELabs to try a product for wieght loss that would just cost $4.00 and so I tried it and it was a total waste of time, but for $4.00 I was not concerned.

However once the compny has your credit card # you are automatically put on a shipment schedule that you are never told about which is $149.95/shipment.

When I received the second shipment I immediately checked my bank and found that I was charged $149.95 and so I located the company phone # online and began leaving msgs about refunds and I mailed their product back to them as it is worthless and I did not want it/order it.

I have never been able to speak to anyone except the msg machine and so have sent emails stating my position regarding their cheating business methods and my desire for a refund immediately.

I feel sure that I have lost my $149.95 eventhough I returned their worthless trash.

I am writing to you in hopes that you will put a site out there letting folks know to avoid these pirates.

thanks.........Mimi

P.E. Labs

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 07, 2007

You will find dozens of complaints about P.E. Labs unscrupulous business practices posted on the Internet. P.E. Labs flies just below the legal radar in order to get away with relieving consumers of their hard earned money. They legally steal your money, and when you complain, their only response is, "You should have read the rules more carefully." They create their marketing ploy to make them appear like hundreds other honest companies that have genuine, "Free trial offers" who actually do what they say, and are not hiding important cancellation information. If you're not satisfied, simply call the 800 number listed, and cancel within a prescribed time period.

P.E. Labs hides the most vital information concerning cancellation in a confusing gobbledygook of legalese. This is intentionally misleading and they will NEVER correct it, because their business thrives on this practice. They are not really interested in weight loss, or helping people. They are exclusively in it for the money. They know up front that most people will be disappointed with their product, and will want to cancel. That is the very reason they do what they do.

If you don't believe me, just watch them for a while. If they were truly interested in customer relations and decent business practices, they would immediately clarify their rules for cancellation, start answering their phones, answer emails, and fix the problem; but because the stated PROBLEM is the very foundation of their RIP-OFF, they will NEVER fix it. As far as they are concerned, it is doing exactly what it was designed to do. Steal your money.
