Damaged window and refuses to send out anyone to replace or make good on our deal! I have called numerous times for estimates or the name of the company who makes the windows to fix my damaged window. Everytime I called I would wait for 5 minutes just to be asked again who I was waiting for. And when I did get ahold of someone it was promises and agreements and nothing. Numerous voicemails and no common courtesy for a call back. I'am not expecting anything free...
