Performance Automotive & Transmission Center Dishonest transmission ratings and does not honor warranty Dishonest business practices Bossier City Louisiana

My problem started initially when my 600hp/tq rated Raptor level 3 4L60E transmission, 3 months into the 6 month warranty was overpowered by my 300hp/tq stock LT1 engine and tore up the 3-4 clutch pack as describe by PATC. They sent the transmission back to me suposedly fixed. When finally had the chance to install the transmission due to being activated for active duty the transmission did not have 1st gear. I called PATC up to tell them about this and they made me pay for shipping and promised that if I payed the shipping they would fix the tranny. I payed for the shipping and once I recieved the transmission back from them and again spent my money to have it installed and new tranny fluid etc. it didn't have second gear.

All these problems stemed from the original problem while under the 6 month warranty and was never fixed initially by PATC. Since the warranty ran out they deny responsibility even thouth the problems started while under warranty. This is a shady business that does not make quality products that will even stand up to half the ratings that they say the Transmission will handle. PATC lied to me about fixing the transmission twice and have yet to honor their warranty to even fix the thing completely. I have yet to have this thing run correctly after having it installed once PATC delivers it back to me. All I want is a refund or him to actually fullfill his so far falsely advertised claims.
