 After seeing the wonderful ad that was put on the internet, just for one day, because that was the

last day we could take advantage.  Just Pay S&H charges $3,89 for Serum and $4,98 for the cream that went together, I didn't see any paragraph indicating that I had some weeks to cancel. so they said I am on a fix income and if I would  have known that scam, I would have never ask for the cream and serum that were both included for fast wrinkles that movie stars usein Hollywood.

Since the words are so small, and I can not see very well, did not see that box,  So they deducted the S&H and for the month of January 6, 2014 they deducted $93.00 , and on January 22, 2014 they deducted $99.00, which can not be refunded because it was not cancelled.  In other words they say the following:

"Phoenix Lab, InC RVT. skin, jucy lips, anti-aging system charges credit with out prtmiddion $99.00 and $93.00, they say to bad we got thee money, No refund attitude is ha ha!"

This is a great insult to old people, and a very abusive company that is trying to fraud on the aged people that are seeking creams that take away or ease the wrinkles.

People like that should not be in business of any kind. the BBB should get a wind of this and prevent them from selling  anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
