PHOTO-CAPTURE.COM TOOK PICTURES OF ME AND NEVER PAID AND SEXUAL ASSULTED ME Montreal Quebec

Well its been almost a year since this "complaint" was made. And this page still seems to pop up on google search results. After contacting google and rip-off report staff about removing this report, and dealing with lawyers. There is basically not much anyone can do about removing it.

This report, which makes no sense, because i have no staff, I don't hire models, I never work alone, and anyone that knows me, knows I am not the type to do the things I was accused of. My business has been hurt by this website and its report.

Being an Ex Miami Dade Police officer, I took the situation into my own hands. I found out who posted this ad. I will not mention any names, as that would be stooping to their level and probably refuel this fire, but what I can tell you this person "Flecia" is actually a man. This man was a competitor of mine. What he was doing was stealing photos from my website, and other and claiming the photography as his own. He has since been sued by 4 other photographers and is no longer in business. Unfortunately, in his anger and bitterness he posted this report, and it is still around today.

So if you got to this website while researching me, or my business, I urge you to visiting my website and contact me and I can supply you with countless big name clients and modeling agencies along with models that can back up my professionalism.

I have been a personal fiend of Anthony for a long time. close to 10 years. I host his websites and we talk on a regular basis.

Claims made here are absolutely untrue!! He is very talented and trust worthy. Why would he jeopardize his career?

Unfortunately now when you lookup photo-capture.com this article comes up first. I want to turn this tread around and use it to promote him not demean him. hopefully we can get the old saying true "no such thing as bad press"

I have contacted the proper authorities into tracing the IP address and personal info of the person who has made this claim. I am also in the process of getting a subpoena/ court order to have the claim removed from this website as well as google search results. These accusations are false have no proof. They are a violation of US and Canadian SLANDER AND DEFAMATION LAWS. I strongly suggest to anyone reading this, that before judging me or my business that they refer to our references.

Photo-capture.com and its owner could not have employed the model above because he does not employ models directly. All contracts are taken care of by the clients and contracted out directly to modelling agencies. Thus, the clients pay the agencies directly and all shoots include make-up artist and stylists present. I, myself, modelled for Anthony a few times and found him to be very respectful and professional and even shy at times.

I had heard very good comments about him from other photographers before even working with him. He would never employ a model and be alone with him/her because this would create an atmosphere that can be uncomfortable to some models and also, many staff are required to produce the quality images that he creates.

I would recommend him to any agency or model looking to get a portfolio done and if you still have doubt, references are always the best proof and not heresay.

I am the owner of photo-capture, and all I have to say is that it is sad to what lengths people go to. Not realizing that slandering a company is against the law, but purely immature.

For starts photo-capture does not employ or pay models. We work with some of Montreal's top modeling agencies which i would gladly give their name for reference, but i will not pollute their names by putting them here. We do not pay models because that is the clients responsibility.

The client hires me to shoot their catalog, portfolio or fashion spread, for example, and they hire the model from their desired agency. So there is no way this person can have been my employee because i dont have any employees and there for never receive resumes.

Secondly at every one of my shoots i have witnesses for reason exactly like this. I have make-up artists, assistant and stylist there, so for me to sexually harass someone would not go unnoticed.
