There were two links - the first one was a FREE eBook, supposedly a one-time access fee of $2.95.

The 2nd link had you read one of those Accept/Decline statements before proceeding. I read and found that there would be a monthly fee charged to my card if I Accepted. I didn't! I backed out. I just checked my account and found a $69.90 charge!!!

I called my bank, but cannot stop it or contest it until it processes Monday, same with the company that processes the charges from Profit Studio Learning, and they are going to start the cancellation process Tuesday or Wednesday. Hopefully it will be reversed in time to pay my rent!!

Could not get to Profit Studio Learning (1-800-497-4988), recording says the corporate office was currently closed, to go to the website (www.profitstudiolearning.com) for immediate product and billing questions. When you go there it is just a login page! I'm afraid to login; they might charge me more because I accessed the site!!

I will add an update as soon as possible. Got hooked in because it looked like it was affiliated with Google and figured it would be legitimate.

Another fool

Fair Criticism

AUTHOR: Harshman - (U.S.A.)

In fairness, I to am instrested in this company. Is there anyone that has been involved with this company and understood the "terms and conditions"actually follow through with there program? I saw there add. I new that I was to have paid $1.95 to get the start up information to create this buisness for myself. Also,If you read the information given there is a section called "terms and agreement".In this it discusses the additional $79.70 that was to be charged after the 7 day trial. This charge was to be collected monthly from this company as long as you are working with them and can be canceled at any time. Anyone who has taken the time to go through this is in detail would have understood this. I dont think that due to the lack of people reviewing what they are getting into should be the companies complete fault. Everyone that has filed a complaint regarding this company complains about the same thing. "The monthly charge". In addition the request for the return of the monthly charge the consumer was charged because they failed to understand what they were getting into. Most companies offering a return option requires time to persue the return. Nothing is easy when trying to get your money back as long as it is returned. Also I'm curious as to how long the customers that received partial returns waited before they asked for there returns. Most companies will not give you a full return if you wait a long period of time before they request there return. My biggest question here is. Does anyone have any fair feed back? who truely understood the charges and followed through with there program? Can it truely work. The monthly fee is very low when it comes to the money they said can be made by following there program. Does anyone have feed back on this. Does there program work? Lets be fair. Can this program work if you follow there steps. That is what is fair. misunderstanding what you are getting into because you failed to read everything is not.

When your credit/debit card has been used to help feed crooks online, cancel your card...immediately

Since your financial security has been compromised and you can't be sure it has been resolved, cancel your credit or debit card and get a new one. Otherwise, the crooks may use multiple third parties to dip into your account whenever they please. You'll have to watch you account like a hawk.

Also, seriously consider reporting this to the FTC, your State Attorney General's Office, the FBI online, and the BBB. They currently have fake newspaper ads up all over the internet and it is a big business... taking advantage of those having a difficult time in a poor economy.
