public partnerships, LLC informational holdups, omissions, and deliberate refusal to acknowledge, rectify and/or remedy Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL) has consistantly refused to answer workers' or participants' phone calls and e-mails.

They have received funds to pay DCW (s) from the Commonwealth of PA, yet have not paid some of those workers.  Time sheets were faxed in before the due date(s), "transmission verifiaction reports" were obtained from those faxes.  That's right faxes--plural.  Yet PPL has repeatedly stated, "the time sheets have not been received."

E-mails were sent to this company, which, by the way is actually in Chelsea, MA.  The company has not answered any e-mails since 07 January 2013.  Not one e-mail has been answered concerning these time sheet issue(s).  PPL cannot contend that e-mails were not received by them after 07 January, because "no unable to send" messages were ever sent back to my inbox indicating that the mail was undeliverable.

This situation brings back memories of another firm -- for which I do not need to mention.  Certified letters had to be used in that situation to ensure receipt of all materials time sheets included.  PPL has assured me that format would not be necessary.  Then again, PPL has said that workers would be paid if time sheets were submitted and received on time.  They were submitted to the fax # PPL provided and received on time, as indicated by "transmission verification report," yet PPL has made up some "excuse" to avoid paying monies to workers the Commonwealth of PA OLTL has already allocated to PPL to pay those DCW (s)
