qology scam, ripoff, misleading, deceitful bryn mawr Pennsylvania

Company is a 3rd part whio claims to be comcast and rips off potential clients for hundreds of dollars in the name of Comcast.  When contacting Comcast they are unable to undo the charges or cancel the services because this Qology has thus sent it to Techzilla and there is no customer service or responce to cancelling the services offered under a deceitful practie.  

Credit card charged 199.99 for a moden and router, 19.99 shipping, 15.oo for self install directioms and 84.99 for something I do not know.  I have sent myriad emails and got no response.  I have called myriad times only to be "disconnected".  They have all that money and there is still no cable or internet or resolution.  Very deceitful practice of bait and switch.  they even answer the phone "comcast online" and they ARE NOT comcast.
