Ramada Imperial Cruise Line Bought a vacation package and have no idea were my money went asked for my money back but they just kept offering upgrades Fort Lauderdale Florida

I bought a vacation package with imperial majesty cruise line and to my surprise only a day after i bought it i called back for my money back. My heart sank when i read all the other rip off reports and I immediatly called them. They stated that these were false acusations by people who expected top of the line service and accomodations, like a fool i accepted their explanation.

Furthermore i recorded every conversation I had with them over the phone and never did i hear about the taxes and hidden fees, the recording they put me thru to make sure I understood all of what my package included was cut off half ways and they never finished telling me my package completely. They called me, apologized, and told me that they were going to upgrade my package and since I clearly stated I did not have the money for the trip then and if i bought the package i was going to get a service chage on my card they said they would include the meals for all four of us- I Have not reaceived any letter to confirm that.

So far all I have for my 800dlls of hard earned money is their promise to charge me more if I want to go anywhere and quite frankly i do not plan to give more money to this beast. I have called twice for my money back and they said its not possible because they have given that money to someone else. I haven't used the package im not reselling it because it would make me a scammer like them but if anyone has any advise please tell me. Im a first time buyer of a vacation package and it ruined any intentions of travel.
