Randy Norfleet - Quality Inn - MPM LODGING - Choice Hotels EX-Employer won't compensate me for hours worked. Customers receive bogus Charges Texarkana Arkansas

I've ended employment with the Quality Inn here in Texarkana, AR on 03-10-08. We got paid the following Monday (03-17-08). I was in for a surprise to find my check was short at least 6 hours for the pay period of 02-25-2008 to 03-09-2008.

Well, I take that back; I wasn't entirely surprised!!! I and the GM, Corey Robinson had a few tense words prior to my resignation. On the week of payday, he was gone for training...Hhmmmmm.

Anyway, I just couldn't work for him anymore. There was too much deception, lies, favoritism and also customers galore were (are) getting bogus charges on their credit cards for stays that never existed.

Some cards were charged even though they were supposedly cancelled!!!

He told me these errors came from the last GM. Yeah...Sure. Back to my money. I've sent faxes to the owner(lives in town but can't be reach except thru GM or fax) concerning these devious acts and my hours missing...Nothing done! In fact, most of us have been retaliated against and I've had to Run them down.

They're dragging their feet and I haven't received a check yet. I'm taking legal actions and will get my money. I have copies of my time cards(Whew...think God for Xerox).

I'm just warning any and everyone who may be either looking to work there, do business with Randy Norfleet(he's trying to sell the hotel with its financial drama), or just stay there.

Once they have your credit card number then you could get charged again later...So good luck, thanks for listening, and thank you Ripoffreport.com for your wonderful service.
