RenuvaDerm I signed up for free trial of eye serum and my charge card was charged for unauthorized charges of $89.47 and $94.57. The product was received without any paperwork or receipt . I didn't realize that this company has put me on an auto ship cycle. I am retired and travel in a motor home. I do not receive my mail or packages regularly and didn't realize that this company was sending me product that I was being billed for until my Bank put a freeze on my bank account associated with my credit card I used when I signed up for the Free Trial. My account has now been charged for three months for product I did not order or authorized a payment to this company. Internet

I signed up for a free trial of RenuvaDerm Eye Revitalization Cream in February of 2015.  This included free shipping. The product included two eye creams in a box without a receipt or any paperwork.  Then in April, I received a second box of the product without any paperwork or receipt and I just thought that they had sent my free trial twice.  There was no information included that stated my credit card was charged for $89.47 and $94.57 for this product. I have just received a third box of this product (May 2015) and have checked my bank account.  I only checked my account because I was notified that this checking account had a freeze on it.  When I checked the last  3 month transactions, my account was charged for three months of product without my permission.  I have the product and will attempt to send this back to the company.  Now that I have looked into the scam reports, it looks like this company has scammed my bank account. This company has stolen money from my account and I need help in reclaiming the money taken from my account.
