Responded to advertisement of amazing skin creme, Ordered FREE sample paying $4.95 Shipping/handling. NO word regarding 14 DAY TRIAL. No Warning the I was agreeing to additional shipments. NO warning that I was agreeing to recurring monthly charges of close to $100.00 per month. The day I ordered Online, Rejuvaderm called me to aks for 'ADITIONAL INFORMATION," I told the caller I had ordered hundreds of items online and no one ever called to request/DEMAND additional information. I said, "Just send me the sample I ordered," and hung up. They called back again to DEMAND additional information. I said "Just cancel my order." To which they replied, "if you cancel you will be charged $59.95." I said again, "Cancel the order and do not try to charge my account." I hung up. I called my bank and asked them to reject any charges from Rejuvaderm. Thye said they had no way to do anything until a charge appeared. My bank also told me I could put in a stop oreder at a cost of $35.00. I did not want to do that just yet.

Several days later I received my sample order WITH NO INFORMATION OF ANY KIND IN THE PACKAGE. Several weeks later, early on a Sunday morning, March 5, 2017, I received an automated call from the Loss Prevention dept of my bank inquiring about a suspicious charge of $89.95 from a company named Zanuantiaging, another name used by Rejuvaderm, I discovered. As I worked through the automated questions from my bank, I finally reached a human being and was told i COULD NOT reverse that $89.95 charge and I had to cancel my debit card to avoid additional charges, which i did. The bank agent did provide a phone number for Zanuantiaging, 844-319-4474. I called Rejuvaderm/Zanuantiaging. They refused to refund the $89.95, They told me they would close my account which I asked them to do. Confirmation #589758. I called another number for my bank and the person In spoke with told me she could reverse the $89.95 charge as long as the charge was pendingm which it was, and provding I had cancelled my debit card, which i did. If my charges are indeed reversed, I am one of the fortunate ones. I had read on other scam report sites some of the rejuvaderm victims had been scammed out of as much as $400.00. Some victims have reported Rejuvaderm to their state Attorney General. Some have reported ads for Rejuvaderm on Facebook.
