I am writing this while on hold waiting for this company to answer.  I have been on hold for 30 minutes, the last 20 with no music, advertising or noise.  That is another sign this is a rip off company.

I ordered this trial offer online and it did not mention anything about any reoccurring charge or shipments.  I checked my bank account last night and there was a charge for 89.95.  The company name, OHM Rejuvaderm 8376, on my bank statement was not the same name I ordered the trial offer from, Dermasoft and Purecell.  

I was ripped off one time before and I cannot believe I have done it again. I have now been on hold 35 minutes.  I guess I will try another one of the 13 phone numbers I found online.  This company needs to be stopped.
