Ordered free trial Dec 26, was charged Dec 27th $5.94 for eye serum and 4.94 for cream, received product Jan 2. Thought it was unusual there was no contact information or phone #s included, Just the product.
I was charged Jan 10th for an additional $85.94 for eye serum and 89.97 for cream. When I contacted customer service was told had to cancel by 14th day. They would not reverse the charges.
